A kind of dark rhyming poem. About the feeling of being watched by something unseen in the dark of night.

Darkness Stares

Darkness invades the area as it gently curls,
Over the street in curly cue swirls.

The air is dry and so stale,
The sky seems so frail.

Sorrow is tangiable,
As time is so changeable.

Unseen stares,
Look upon it with open glares.

thank you. It was written as an english assignment. The rhyming wasn't an option. I liked writing it though.
