A wise man once said "There is no progress without struggle".

A person who is beautiful without realizing the horrors of ugly is not truely beautiful, not in terms of personal appearance, but the grey clouds that haunt your mind even during the best days.  Going through that grey, that rain, that terrible, awful, disgusting feeling you almost cant survive being in your own mind.  Only after that has happened, can true, factual, love, that builds amazing spirituality through an unexplained bond with the faith that "Soon everything will be.. alright."

The soul is energy, it needs to be nurtured. The nature of the human soul is to be an enigma that needs to be stimulated.  When a human is faced by acts of oppression, aggression, racism, violence, the mind can then process wisdom, experience, empathy, open-mindedness, and what I consider the best, self-acceptance. Pain is a temporary side-effect of earning knowledge that will last a life time.  It grants access to the power that is knowledge.  Not algebra, or how to change a spare, but how to truly be at peace. The walk of life becomes more enjoyable. Truly being beautiful means a light has come out of "ugly"; a personal experience that was a catalyst to positive change.
