I just might be too old to cry
But too young to understand why.
I figure that adults have it made
But then i figure we're all the same.
We all cry, just at different things.
We all lie, about everything.
It's all the same, wherever you go
We only think about what we know.
I think I'm lost trying to find
All the memories gone with time.
Why do things have to change?
Why do things stay the same?
I learn to live with my fears
I learn to live without my tears.
I'm far too young to ask for this
Like being bold on your first kiss
I wish that I could just re-do
All the things I've said to you.
Crl-Z all of my mistakes away
And go back to simpler days.
But maybe that's how everyone feels
And the only way that we can heal
Is just live life by our own designs
And never be afraid to cry.
