Come little child to the window

Santas on his way

Presents overflowing on the big red sleigh

Reindeer flying through the air

Bells tingling round their horns

Flying on and on must deliver by dawn

Santa is laughing

Can you hear his ho ho ho

As he slides into the chimneys of the roof tops down below

If you have a peek little one

You might catch a glimpse as he enters the room

Bathed in the silvery velvet of the moon

Over to the tree he strolls

Your little eyes light up

As santa eats cookies and drinks from your favorite cup

Then he dissapears up the chimney

Your little face just beams

In the morning you are told it's all a dream

But you know don't you little one

That what you saw was true

So do the others who saw him just like you

They all know they saw santa

Their parents dont believe

Its a magical web of stories that their children weave

They have lost the ability

They once had the gift

I wish that adults didn't forget magic does exist
