He was her Superhero...

He was her
He was her
He saved her daily
He was her man
Although she never saw
His face
(Hidden behind a mask)
She was in love
With his gray, gray eyes
(The only part you can see)
And one day
After her man saved her
By giant blue robots
She walked into class
She turned to sneer
At the unpopular nerd
But stopped in her tracks
She looked into his eyes
His gray, gray eyes

Nice. I loved that poem. It flowed real nice. It kept me captivated the whole time with the whole ending. The part that freaked me out was...I once wrote a story where the superhero has gray eyes and the way the girl figures out it's him...is the gray eyes. Haha. You know what this means? Awesome men have gray eyes!! :)

Nice poem. I really enjoyed it. Your title is what caught my attention. I'm guilty of being a hopeless romantic superhero geek.
