Rain is a dancer and is dancing in the rain when her lost-love returns.

I watched the rain drip down my windowsill.
I don’t know why but I have always loved the rain. I know this sounds crazy, but I believe the rain had moods. Sometimes, it’s angry, wind howling with frustration at its side. Other times it’s calm, just falling silently from the sky. Like today.
I slowly stood up, went downstairs, and stepped outside into the rain. My parents were at work and I was alone at home. So why not go out into the rain? Call me crazy, but I dance in the rain. The rain is my rhythm.
I tilted my head to the sky and a raindrop landed on my nose.
I laughed.
I danced.
I was me.
“Misty? Is that you?” called out a familiar voice. I know that voice anywhere. It was Tony Jefferson. I stopped dead.
“Tony? Tony? Oh my god…Tony!” I cried and ran into his arms. He’s shirt was soaked from the rain, but I was soaked too.
“Tony, what are you doing here?” Tony was my best friend but moved to California last year. We never got in touch.
“My family moved back. I came over to see you…God, Misty. You’ve really changed!”
“You too!”
“Why were you dancing in the rain?”
I giggled, “It’s one of my favorite things to do!”
Tony smiled at me for one small moment. Then he leaned in and said, “Here’s something else I hope you’ll enjoy…”
I was about to ask what, but couldn’t.
Fireworks were exploding, and butterflies were exploding in my chest. My toes were curled, and my dark hair clung to my face but I didn’t care.
I was kissing Tony.

I was kissing Tony, the rhythm of the rain beating in step with my heart.

Thanks! I don't dance in the rain, like Misty, but I do love the rain. I mean, it's not like I see it so much living in Florida...The Sunshine State. LOL. ^^

Wow, I really want to see snow even though it's freezing. The only time I saw snow was in Switzerland and it was all muddy and old. =( We came too late!

Hey, that is a good idea! I'll totally think about it. But if I do, I will have to finish my other novel Dancing Queen and another novel (that I will be posting soon) afterwards. So it might be a while if I continue, but I try.
