My life is dwelling away,

I just wish that I was free… one day.

Since I looked out that calling window,

Fate has changed and that sinking feeling has returned –deathblow.

The skies have turned an ominous grey,

All the animals that sang kindly to me, have left an gone away,

As I lay drifting into death’s gate on my watery grave…

I think… I think…

As I pass along the bank a cold breeze flows through my golden hair,

Why did I look through the window? Why did I dare?

The sky is now a deadening black,

I wish the clocks would turn back

The small flowers have become limp and lifeless,

Was this my fate all along? I distress…

As I drift into Camelot people stop and stare.

I think… I think…

As my eyes slowly close,

My vision slows,

And I die… I die…I die...
