When I'm gone don't cry for me.

As in my heart I am free.

No memory of pain

peac of mind I've gained.

No need to feel, not even to deal.

Within these walls I've built a space,

for every memory in its place.

When I'm gone don't cry for me.

As with the passing of my time,

my joy and happiness will shine.

Sing to the stars and moon at night

Like a soaring eagle might.

The wind whistling in the trees

for it will carry your song to me.

When I'm gone don't cry for me.

Just be happy that I am free.

Your love for me will live on

in the melody of a song.
