The Episcopalian Catholic Church  (ECC) holds many of the same tenets as the Roman Catholic Church.  However, there are some differences.  First, the ECC has married priests (optional).  Second, the ECC does not recognize Papal Infallibility, but instead treats the teachings of the Roman Pontiff as advisory.Third,  the ECC has women Deacons and married Deacons of either sex.  Fourth, the ECC is an Evangelgical Church, and, as such, all ordinations are by the Power of the Holy Spirit, with no laying on of hands.Lastly, it is hoped that the Episcopalian Catholic Church will be recognized as a Church that is in Communion with the Roman Catholic Church, justs as the Maronite Catholic Church, in the  past.
