Maybe I did wrong,

For ages we

Danced not knowing or making

Commitment.

Then she came.

And you left with

A part of me I

Don’t want back.

Not anymore.

So I,

Found him in

The dark and I

Danced with

Him instead.

I wanted to

Hurt you

And her the

 Way you hurt

Me.

You found us,

And now when

You walk past me

And her

You ignore me.

And I

Go out of

My way

To ignore

You ignoring

Me.

Stalemate.

I wish I

Had the courage to

Stop dancing

And just

Sit

In silence

With you.

If we could

Meet each other

Halfway, when we are

Alone

Just you and

Me.
