I heard the cats crying like new born babies.

The vampire bat clenched its teeth.

The wind hushed the trees.

A weird smell of rotten meat.

The shadow of darkness paid an uninvited visit.

The dogs howled welcoming the immortal devil,

The owner of mortal souls.

I looked at my beloved, in deep sleep.

His hand still  firmly grasping my waist.

The air suddenly chilled, freezing my heart, panting for breath.

"It’s time". He said.

I pleaded for time.

A little more to see them grow.

A little more  to make my love stronger.

Alas! He disagrees.

It’s my last see, of my darlings, yet to blossom into young beautiful girls.

The last kiss, for the man who added meaning to my life.

An abode of heaven,

Where love and life, I nurtured with care.

Where I brew the morning beginnings.

For my babies,

I built a garden for the butterflies to come by and play,

I served the bees,  the nectar from the red roses, to come by and sing.

My clean and kempt home, gleamed by my touch, devoid of any dust.,

Is now left for the dust to settle.

I once loved the gloom the curtains brought, filtering the bright light.

Here’s now entering the forever gloomy life.

Abandoned everything on the death call.

My soul forcibly mortgaged to death.

No waiting period or compliance for any misdeeds.

Falling from the heaven, born to struggle,

To have found the mountain of happiness.

Destroyed in  moments, by the storm of death.

Life is an unleveled, irreversible journey, a mystery till the end.

The Death, a sudden, an untold, an  unfulfilled, an unacceptable, devastating misery.
