These Games

Poem by: Arian

Summary

I thought he cared..maybe he didn't. I don't know, but I'm done, I'm not going to try and fix it to how it use to be. It's just one person.

There one minute, gone another.
I reach out,
Where your hand should be, I feel air.

Hours spent, wasting my time.
Are you here, or are you there?

Caring seems so foolish,
It's a rose.
Beautiful one moment, until you realize it's thorns.

Avoid it as best as I can,
But I'm being pulled against my will.
Where will we end up?

I'm getting tired of these games,
Mixed signals and signs,
Friend or Foe, I want to know.

Where have you gone?
Are you coming back?
