Creeping sound, sweet and pleasing,
you awoke me dear, every morning.

I got you as my special birthday gift,
and welcomed you, o' my tiny swift.

Hooked beak, round eyes, hold of claws,
after getting noticed, I love your pause.

With beautiful color, you fascinate,
Budgerigar you were my only favorite.

Once, I found you dull and silly,
you were going to meet your destiny.

birdie you became my world's best gift,
I miss you buddy each and every minute.
