The truth is, I felt kind of sad when i wrote this---inadequate, almost. Perhaps it was my way to find comfort and solace....without hitting something. Hehe. It's just about not being accepted the way you are; and even though you stand true to what you believe in, it still doesn't stop it all from hurting a little...
Have peace. Find love. Give hope.

Dismissal from a novel start…I find my world in gray.

Empty hands- so grazed; so bruised- resist the urge to pray

For change, for revolution, to suit another’s needs;

But however trapped in self-reassurance—the heart still bleeds.

Within myself I find the sin; the cause that build the wall.

Fixed in definition- still I close my eyes in hope, and call:

That time will pass and I might find a way to see past my demise…

If only, through another’s eyes.
