I can do what I want

With you by my side

I will be top of the tree

No need to hide.

Holding your hand

Firmly in mine

With you in my life

I will be fine.

All of the darkness

Just kept at bay

No harm done

If you’re here to stay.

But when you leave

And I’m all alone

My heart will die

And I’ll turn to stone.
