If all good things come to an end,
Then can't you and I for tonight pretend,
That what we have will last forever,
That this may be our last endeavor?

May this night never turn to light,
May this feeling never turn to fright,
Can we just lay here and look at the stars,
Away from the glare of the speeding cars?

So for tonight,
Let's just pretend
That nothings wrong,
Everything will mend.

So for tonight,
It's just us two,
And when it hits curfew,
In my mind it'll still be
Just us two.
