The Strange Journey

 By: Ashton Blumhardt

A sorcerer named David and his daughter Linda were just on a boat looking for a lost shipwreck of the San Miguel, one of the most valuable lost shipwrecks in world history. So they kept looking in the middle of the Atlantic ocean until a big storm came and it washed their boat on a deserted island in the middle of the Atlantic.
Once they woke up and found out they were on an island all alone they found various amounts of ships and huge boats that were along the sides of the beaches and none of them were to be the San Miguel. But they did find lots of bones and skeletons of pirates. They slept on the warm sand for the night and ate some hot dogs they had brought just in case.
David could sight a lot of lost pirate ships in the morning while he could taste the sweat on his lips from the scorching sun. Him and his daughter had went hiking to see if they could spot anything like lost treasure or anything interesting or weird. They walked to the other side of the beach and saw something moving that looked like a person.
David yelled to the strange human like creature and it was so odd and out of this world weird. It was De Archangel himself, captain of the San Miguel and he was nothing but bones but still living. David asks him where the treasure was or if there was any treasure at all. He tells David there is none, it all sunk with the ship probably about 4 miles off of the beach.
David and Linda were very bummed that there was no treasure and not only that they did not know how to get off of the Island. But they did not give up so david had used his sorcery power of wind to open up a path in the ocean so they can see what all sunk right off the beach. This was unreal, they found mountains of gold just lying in chest made of gold and necklaces, coins, and tons of gold artifacts.
It was all there, even the San Miguel all sunk about half a mile into the ocean. Then David had grabbed as much as he could until Archangel stopped him and said that the gold was his. So David gave most of it to him and asked if he could have some.
Then Archangel had said “You can take a few pieces of jewelry and coins and even a chest to put it in”. Then David says “ Thank you Archangel, you have been here for so long looking for it and you still give some up to me and my daughter, thank you so much.” Archangel yelled “Thank me? No, you found it for me, I thank you!” “Then you're welcome” David says” But there was only one problem left, how do they get of the island… Archangel shows them a path that goes down a tunnel very very deep. He says it takes whatever goes down, to the U.S, whatever that place is. They all laugh then David and Linda both jump down holding hands and make it to Iowa in the middle of a field with their treasures. They wanted to cash in all of their treasures but they ended up keeping it all. They put it all hanging out of the chest in a glass 3d frame so that they could see it whenever they woke up in the morning.
Because it remembered them about a great journey they had trying to find the treasure, the San Miguel, and the Captain himself. When they had gone to sleep they would hear this weird roaming sound and they would just ignore it thinking that it was just the wind. But it really wasn’t, they found out that there was someone haunting it like one month after they got back from the island with the gold.
But the ghosts that were haunting it weren't harmful, they were just pretty creepy to be around every night. So David and Linda got tired of it and just sold the gold for about $1.4 Million and they moved to California so they could be on a nice beach all day and be happy and not having to worry about the treasure. But every night they would still hear the same roaming noise, so they looked everywhere if there was any more gold they accidently took with them, and there was none left because they sold it all.
They both finally stayed up on night to see if there was a real ghost haunting them. There was nothing happening so they finally put up a camera in the living room and the next morning they found out who was doing this. It was De Archangel the whole time, we stayed up and yelled, We know you're here Archangel. Then he came out and said I was just trying to find my gold, “Wait so you weren't haunting us”? David said. “Of course not” Archangel stated, I was just looking for my gold. “Well we sold it” David told him, “It's gone” said Archangel, “Yes” Said David. David asked Archangel why he wanted it back, and Archangel told him that he wanted it back because he tried Sailing the San Miguel that was holding all the gold, and it sank about 2 miles out.  Archangel became a thief and got his treasure back from the store David sold it to. David and Linda were happy where they were and what they had and lived a long happy life.
