It’s early Dry season. Its hot n the humidity is gone. The ground is orange. The grass is brown like a gingerbread man. It’s the Fink races in the desert n Jackie Legs isn’t thinking about kicking the dead bloke’s motorbike. Wouldn’t dream of it. Until.

A heat wave shines across the desert n floats around the bike to attract his attention, feeling the 4 stroke engine gliding along the side of the seat willing Jackie Legs to ride it. The other spectators wipe the sweat off their forehead’s n sigh at the heat wave then go back to cheering on the riders.

But Jackie Legs widen his eyes n follows with his body to let the maragh, enveloping the sight of the Dry season in his mind, the sweet sight of victory, the picture of an awesome motorbike.

And he’s overcome with a powerful desire. He’s nervous system has activated throughout his body and he fells like laughing. He really wants to steel the motorbike. He really wants to ride it.
