"Sometime in the not to distant future, the world is being consumed by overpopulation. The world's resources are running out faster than we had anticipated. Scientists have mapped out how long we all have to live, and with the numbers that we've been hearing on the news...we only have a couple of years left. A few months later a govermentally FUNDED corperation known as O.C.T.A.E. started to look for ways to stop the problem. A few months ago they said they found a solution in gathering up all the kids attempting to remove their need to eat regular foods. To instead be able to keep the human body functioning on liquids and energy kits made by the company. This in turn was supposed to allow us to grow more food and give us enough time to make enough for the future if we needed it. It seemed like a good idea, I mean after all they were helping...weren't they? At least that's what we thought until the doors to O.C.T.E.A were broken down and those...things that came out...were not the people that had gone in. They were something else entirely."
