This is a love poem about some quiet moments I've shared with my love. I guess its a little corny, but I think its ok.

The title of this poem is actually "Hush." This site wouldn't let me upload it with that title for some strange reason.

Hush

Let me pour my love song in your ear
The quiet things that I can only whisper.
Your azure eye
Your feather lips, angel hair, and halcyon kiss.
These are the quiet things.

Rumpled sheets
Your lazy smile
Coaxing sunlight seeps through the shades
Our love goes on for miles.

My butterfly lashes brush against your cheek
and our dancing laughter is
all the music that we need.
These are the quiet things.

When I rolled away during the night,
you pulled me back into the swell
by instinct. No words.
These are the quiet things that
Only linger in silence.
I might lose them should I speak
Any louder than a whisper.
