Vienna Johansson, a 16 year old German-American, woke up one morning in a fairytale. From the clothes, to the castle and kingdom in the clouds, she was surrounded by surreal magic and fantasy. But she wasn't as happy as she should've been; she was scared. After being in a plane crash (somehow miraculously alive and well), her family was nowhere to be found. And what will she do when she discovers that her favorite childhood fairytale carries with it a dark prophecy--one that intertwines with her destiny?

Meanwhile, her twin brother, Berlin, finds himself in an inner struggle between bravery and danger. He was accepting of the world he was now consumed in, but how will he act when he is told that he must not only save his sister, but also the fate of the world?

(Awful, awful summary. The story itself is much less awkward and confusing! >.
