Thoughts are more then silent words, silence is more then a word, but what do we truly wonder when given the chance.

Silence fills the open air. Thoughts fill my mind. It's a wonder what we think when we gaze at the star filled sky.

I feel as though I'm floating, as if I'm in space. The only sounds that I hear are the lullabies of the moon. The stars shine brighter. But silence still rings.

Thoughts float from empty spaces hidden from mankind. Each one is different, each with it's own life. Some are gone before I can grasp them, some slowly fade, and few stay.

Then the stars disappear, clouds covering my mind and the night sky. Then tears fall, slow and steady. Now only the crying sound of rain is in the air.

It only lasts a while. The air is cool and fresh. But only silence rules.

No one knows where we can go, what we can do, what we can think, with the mind.

Even if we can imagine a different world…

Silence will still ring
