This is just a short poem I thought of, while driving in the car one day. It's about the silent competition between women to be the first to have a career, get married, have a child, etc.

When it's all said and done,
Who really won?

Dull and Vain,
We'll remember your name.

Always devoted,
But never promoted.

All alone,
Waitin by the phone.

Ivy league educated,
Won't be manipulated.

Tight gripped legs,
Now your freezing your eggs.

Decade give or take,
A wife you won't make.

After all it's not a race,
As long as you remember your place.
