There once was a lady who died
'Cause nobody saw how she cried
They left her alone
When she needed a home
And ignored her whenever she sighed

Simple and to the point. I really like this piece, the language though in simplistic style is impacting and moving.
The message content is clear, and the style is wonderfully done.
All in all a great piece, well written!
Thank you :3 It was most definitely meant to pack a punch with a simple and small amount of words, and you have shown me that I achieved my goal!
A playful limerick with a serious point; the tone helps slip across the message of people’s inability/unwillingness to empathise. and it does it without getting bogged down in overly dramatic language. To the point and modest
– nice write.
Thank you :)
