She was a woman once!

You know, she was a woman once

As a lone cathedral in a field of lilies

With angels guarding her golden gates

A thoughtless design of modest fates.

And here she learnt

That blossoming is a kind of expansion

And you wither when you contract

And you contract till you fall lifeless.

You cant bear the burden of wings!

Then don’t dare ask for freedom.

Alas! She lacked the courage and faith

that initiates expansion, directs the fate

And hence she was last seen

Watering the beds of dead lilies.

You heard, she was a woman once

Destined to be a goddess someday

But if she contented in being a rag doll

The mistake was largely hers.
