Wet Shirt

I’m a youthful dramatic
Or did I mean romantic
My heart and sleeve a tissue for two
Carve your problems in my brain
I’m familiar with this pain

Run so far away
Never see the light of day
I gave my heart this way

I’m good for you, your no good for me
Falling water clings to my clothes
You drowned my shoulder than blew your nose
Arms lock we hold our embrace
The taste of mourning lips is so sweet

Run till the night fades
Never again a love slave
I gave my happiness

I’m never backing down
I’m never tapping out
I’m never starting now
I’m never quitting you
Run for your loves sake
Never going to live without
I gave my soul for you
Now I’m having my doubts
