This is a poem back when I was 14, so the content is a little bland but this was one of my beginning poems.

In My Cell

As I look out between the cold bars on my cell

I wonder, Is this really hell?

Locked up and away from the world,

Never been or heard from anyone

As I pray to God and say my wishes

Hoping that I don’t turn into fishes

Of pain and sorrow

Hoping that tomorrow I’ll be free from

These hell hole chains of pain.
