Poem by: Balaji Iyer

Summary

We all need a touch of gold.... the touch that would soothe us... put us to sleep... heal our wounds... alleviate the tense of life...

Touch of gold
Light, I hold
Memories of light
In this unending night

Stories told
Darkness, I withhold
Stories of inner might
All hope out of sight

Color of cold
Stories untold
Black, the poet’s plight
Bring it on, end the fight
