In Waters

Bottom dwelling cori fish tiny

Rests on the pebbles cute and shiny

Paroon sharks moving placid like saint

All along the body in patches dark and faint

Gold fishes are beautiful creatures of this water

They are always hungry it doesn't matter

Whenever they notice me with feed in my hand

Goldie dances as if it's listening to some rock band

Colourful mollies always busy in play

Hiding behind leaves, shell and clod of clay

Charm of peacock in it's tail has guppy

In hues of sunshine like flower poppy

Watching them refrains me from boredom

Wish I was a goldie in this fish kingdom

As the switch goes off, they pretend to sleep

Burying their bodies into water deep
