A different way of looking at things. I guess this is sort of a solution to one of my other poems called "I wish." Thanks for inspiring me Michael Ingram!

I wished for wings

And found my endurance

I wanted to fly

I've now learned how to run

My mind was tangled

Now the ropes form a ladder

My heart was shattered

Now the glass is a table

I wished for a cloud

And found comfort in friends

I wanted the sky

I've now learned to be open

My head was a wreck

Now the car is fixed

My soul was empty

Now the cup overflows.
