Winter in the mountains.

Winter Has Begun

In The mountains the smell of pine and wood filled the air,

Leaves of red and yellow flew everywhere,

The birds in the trees,

The leaves on the ground,

The forest was peaceful,

There was not a sound,

The stream in the distance,

Trickling so soft,

Starting to settle,

Beginning to frost,

The animals in burrows,

Huddling as one,

The forest is still,

Winter has begun.

Hi Becca, The coming of winter told by such gentle words Becca. So simplistic yet so beautiful are the words that make this work shine. Bring on the snow and the wold is shining Becca. Excellent piece. Indeed, "Winter Has Begun. Your Friend....Vladislav.
