My madness when someone told me they were leading me on because they loved someone else and then proceeded to have nothing to do with me :) Charming...
The picture is my own drawing, that's why its rubbish...

I left the rose in your beer
I left it there without a tear
I left it there for you to find
Hoping you would change your mind

But you didn't bring it back
You made me face the facts
You didn't feel the way I did
Who was I trying to kid?

I left home to get away
I left home and went astray
I left for you to follow
Hoping to see you tomorrow

But you never came after me
You stayed home for eternity
You didn't feel the way I did
Who was I trying to kid?

I left a message on your phone
I left it there because I felt alone
I left it there while I was sad
Hoping you wouldn't get too mad

But you had already changed your number
Ignoring me like a cool cucumber
You'll never know exactly how I felt
Or how much you were missing out
