Sometimes I Wonder

sometimes i wonder

if the giant blue sky

won't be so high

what would i do

if i were you

sometimes i wonder

maybe i could touch the clouds

and make them rain

to quench my motherland's thirst

as duties are fufilled first

so that my worth may not be in vain

but i 'll touch the clouds

sometimes i wonder

if the so rude a world, wont be so cruel

what would i do

if i were you

maybe i could sleep a sleep so sound

and weave a dream of my own

to make it a sweet and melodious rhyme

as to live it till endless time

so that it could be a bright sunshine

such a dream of sleep so sound

sometimes i wonder

if the lake of sorrow may become everdry

what would i do if i were you

sometimes i wonder

maybe i could dwell in a zone of my own

and live a happy life

no bads and odds in so happy a course

neither any regrets nor any remorse

so to live aeons in a momentary life

as to achieve a fame, before i die unknown

sometimes i wonder

at times i wonder

sometimes i wonder...
