A poem about a dear friends who I have absolutely no doubt wishes to be nothing more than that. This fact has left me feeling so lost that i can hardly think straight. But im not the suffering type; I will be okay.

Words that meant no harm
have cut me very deep;
accidentally you pushed me
off of a cliff too steep.

Every drop of blood
leaves stains;
can harmless words
leave physical pain?

Because my stomach cramps;
my heart has clenched
Held in your fist;
which my tears have drenched.

I feel all of it.
You feel nothing.
I cry out;
you don't hear a thing.

All of the while
you don't understand.
You didn't mean to hurt me;
it just happened.

But I don't hate you;
I still love you,
I don't blame you,
but I will miss you.
