The Clock on the Wall strikes twelve

I can't seem to fall asleep.

I wander the lonely darkened halls

In search of some peace.

Soon the Clock chimes two

Another morning has begun.

How can you sleep so peacefully

After what we've done.

The Clock on the wall says it's 4am

I fear I'll never be free again.

From the guilt, and the torment

Forgive my sins dear God, Amen.

It'll soon be 6 o'clock

The sun begins to rise.

I'll have to face the world again

I'll have to live with these lies.

The Clock on the wall strikes eight

I fear I've sealed my fate.

Since I murdered your husband

My own personal hell, I did create.

I don't think I can live

With the Demon I've become.

There is a noose hanging in the garage

By the neck, I have hung.
