If I didn't mind starving

Or living on the street.

I'd quit my job

In a heartbeat.

Work sucks

It is a four letter word.

The grind of 8 to 5

Retirement is preferred.

I don't hate my job

Just working for a living.

The only reason I show up

Is for the paycheck they keep giving.

One Lotto jackpot

Is all that I ask for.

Ten or twenty million

I wouldn't need anything more.

My boss is an idiot

On that you can rely.

I tolerate him best I can

A fact I won't deny.

Work sucks

I'd quit now, if I could.

But poverty doesn't suit me

So, I work when I should.
