When I first met her, I was amazed by her stunning beauty. I had never met such a mortal with her flair. It was as if I was looking into the face of Aphrodite. Her name need not be spoken for her beauty is all I saw, then I began speaking to her. I learned quickly that not only was she as beautiful as a Greek goddess, so to was her personality it was as if the very gods carved her from the most precious stone. I instantly fell in love with her and wanted nothing more than to be her's forever. Sadly it seems the gods would rather me be miserable forevermore, because as I reached out to grab her hand I awoke never to see her again. However as fate would have it I saw a girl who looked exactly like her, but alas I was cursed as nothing more than a friend.
