A Close Encounter
There once was a traveller man
who took off with a master plan
to a gruesome place
in the midst of space
called Zorka-Venutia-Zukran.
-
He was captured and caged by Kring,
the extraterrestrial King,
whose silvery skin
was more than akin
to that of the Slithery Ning.
-
The Slithery Ning is a beast
with talons, and razors for teeth:
a terrible thing
with a deadly sting
that's known upon children to feast.
-
Said Kring, to the traveller man -
"Badanga! Badanga! Badan!"
Said traveller back -
"Badanga! Badak!"
and that's when the battle began.
-
So, a war of the worlds was waged:
with frightful and terrible rage
