It took all the strength in my body to keep going.

I was having the same dream again, running, running from them. They had finally found me, and now it was time abscond from them. It always started with me remaining in my house, the cars pulling up, them entering the house. I would always open the window when I thought it was clear, always making the mistake of leaving it ajar. I would always delay my escape by stopping in the woods, to see if they'd find me. I would always bolt as soon as they noticed me through the open window, always heading north. I would always sprint until I couldn't anymore, I would always fall to my knee's at the doorstep of the house. I would always crawl forward to the door, not knowing what awaited me. This was always the part where I was found.
