This is about how I lost someone who meant the most to me. I wrote this poem with my own words and thoughts. I hope you guys enjoy.

I try to forget your smile

I try to forget you laugh

I try to forget the way you look at me

I try to forget the way you made me feel

I try to forget the feeling of your lips on mine

I try to forget our skin rubbing together

I try to forget all the memories we made

But the more I try... the more I fail

The older I grow.. the weaker I get

Tears still fill my eyes every night thinking of you

As I'm writing this I'm trying not to cry

You were my everything that I gave you

You were my world that came crashing down

You were my heart that shattered into a million pieces

But most importantly...

You were the best friend that I lost

I can't forget about you and I can't stop thinking of you
