They come in the night. For unknown reasons. You lie in wait. Your brain starts freezing.

The noise of the invisible moves all about. Bare feet are heard scurring about. Sometimes a spirit will walk on your wall. And it knows what your thinking when your feeling so small.

You feel someone touch you out of thin air. I'm so used to it now, I never despair. I have been chosen to have visitors from a place unknown to man. Why have I been chosen from the whole human clan?

I have sat with God's angels. I have prayed with the first saints. I have heard the scariest utterances. That would slap smiles off a face.

At first I was scared of the crazy unknown. But now I just wait in the dark for them to come home. And I thank the One who made everything. Even the unseen that comes in the night.
