This is a poem that i would recommend to girls who never knew that even if you aren't picked, doesn't mean that you're not beautiful.

Fields of Beauty

In the fields where flowers bloom,
Magic stirs with wonder.

Waiting to be picked,
Willing themselves to be beautiful.

What if someone comes, asked Lily.
And picks me, not you?

Then I will wait, said Rose
And know that I’m beautiful too.

As time went by,
Neither Lily nor Rose were ever picked.
And they still wait in the fields.

Rose, are we still beautiful? asked Lily.
Yes, she replied. We are and always have been, beautiful.
