The Guardian Angel

THE GUARDIAN ANGEL

She watches over me while I sleep,
My soul is hers to keep.

She cares for me and loves me,
Her love is kept inside of me.

I can tell her anything, and she will understand,
As she raises me and guides me,
With her kind and loving hand.

I love her like no other,
Because she is my mother.

A Guardian angel that will always be there.
And anywhere she goes,
She’ll always tell me where.

We don’t e-mail, or text,
And here, I’ll tell you why,
So that anywhere she goes
She takes me with her, to fly.

My mother is my Guardian Angel
I’ll tell you this is true,
Because as long as I have her by my side,
There’s nothing I can’t do.
