Break ups leave unanswered questions. Feeling overly frustrated and at a loss of understanding I looked to God. I looked up to find answers I was too busy asking questions to find anything. My friends got me settled but the rest is on my own. The best way I know how to express feelings are to write them down. This is the outcome.

My mind is a cloud.

A shroud, from the sun.

Where we were when we were one.

The loss is tough

But not enough, to keep me from

Who I've become.

I steer my life to His will.

But still, I question fate.

Sick of games; so filled with hate.

I look up to the sky

Asking "Why?", but still I wait

On the answer from God's gate.

But the clouds; they block my view.

Nothing through, is seen

But a dim yet resilient beam.

While I dig for a reason

The season, so cold and mean

Just another obstacle in the search for my Queen.

Frustrated. Beat or Batter

Doesn't matter, time won't raise it's brow.

It waits for no one; no care for who... or how.

So I look to those with trust.

"You must," they say "be proud!"

"No better time to be you!

No better time than now."
