Emma has Always struggled with her father. Her abuse started when she was just 3 years old. Since that day her father has found pleasure in abusing both Emma and her mother daily, often drinking first. Emma has always been known as a trouble child since she knows all the small town gangs and criminals from her time on the streets so she is no stranger to police and nightmares. Emma always had trouble trusting people until she met Toby, her first. When she discovered Toby was also sleeping with her mother Emma's world was turned upside down and she attempted to kill herself earning her place in DARC. Emma Was Committed to DARC after trying to slit her wrist.

Spike Ian Darcing

Spike is the son of a drug dealer and a addict. Until he was 7 Spike was known as Ryan but his mother changed his name after watching Buffy the vampire slayer. Since Spike was 12 he fell to drugs traveling with the family trade, he has also been in and out of mental wards to treat his drug addiction. When Spike was 15 he met a girl named Zoe who he fell hard for. When she was killed in a hit and run Spike's father wrongfully accused Spike and Spike was forced to convince a court he was insane to avoid serving jail time for life. Spike has has been in DARC since he was 15.

Adam O'Conner

Age: 21

Adam was a wild child for a great deal of his life always getting himself and his quietertwin brother into trouble. When the boys were 15 they got drunk and tried to steal a car. When his brother went to get in a semi trailer hit him killing him instantly. Adam was then sent to boarding school in England after serving a year in Juvenile Prison. he lost contact with his family save his older brother who sent him letters accusing him of murdering his twin. Adam soon focused his destructive energy towards becoming a Profesional figher. He started playing guitar to express himself to his brother and found he had a natural flow with music. He gets into DARC a week or two after Emma is thrown back in by using fake ID and getting his brother to help.

Taylor Vache

Age: 15

Taylor has always been given grief for her last name, been french for cow. Taylor's familyis very wealthy and unkind to her yet she desperatly seeks their aproval. She started out trying to fight the Rich Bitch stereo type but was soon swindled out of 1 million dollars. After that she decided that she would please her parents doing whatever they wanted, including trying to kill herself.Taylor is in DARC because her parants think she has a social issue because they can not relate to her, their money insures DARC treats her like that. Taylor Arives 2 weeks before Emma is returned to DARC.

Micky Jenkins

Micky has been a prankster since his father walked out on him 10 years ago. Micky's pranks soon became dangerous and evolved into crime. Micky has a rap sheet for Grafiti and thieft. Micky soon found he loved cars and became a joy rider, a car thief. Micky has been in his fair share of foster homes and street fights. He is sent to DARC after he is caught and begs for help with his life feeling like he is at the end of his rope.

Anna Channing

Age: 15

Anna has a strong family with three brothers and both her parants. Since a young age Anna has been a natural dancer and a fair swimmer. When Anna was five she started swimming and dancing. By the time she was 10 she was winning swim comps for her school and then interstate by 14. She also met Jase at a dance class and they had a fairly stable relationship. When she was training late one night a man tried to drown her. Anna was saved from drowning by Jase and since then has been in DARC with a phobia of water, even spilt water freaks her out.

Jasen Brayson

Jase has always been teased for his shyness, even bullied by his teachers. Jase hides his suspectedanger issueswell but not his scars from his parants physcial abuse to make him better. Jase now has a phobia of adult males. Jase Met his girlfriend Anna at a dance class and they have had a strong relationship. When Anna is committed to DARC Jase kept in contact with her waiting for her release until he had a meltdown and was Committed to DARC himself.

Julie Thompson

Age: 16

Birthday: 14th Febuary

Julie has several body image and eating dissorders that her family has fought with.Julie's familly care greatly for her but Julie's seperation issues mean her family's visiting hours are very limited and controled. Julie tried to shrink herself by cutting her circulation off, she was Committed to DARC a year before Emma after been transfered from another mental ward.

Jas

Age: 15

Jasmine has always had signs of anxiety issues since it runs in her mothers side of the family. When Jas was 13 the issues started causing her great distress, she has been in and out of mental wards since and developed the Punk attitude and dialog. When Jas settles down her rough side often shows itself at the worst possible time. Jas is admitted to DARC after trying to commit suicide by taking a whole box of pain killers then chasing it with a bottle of Vodka.
