The feeling you get when you notice a person's presence, but cannot touch...

You are a spirit

Floating everywhere

Yet nowhere

But you are somewhere

Not within my grasp

I hear

I see you

But cant feel you

Taste your tears when you cry

Hide you - in your trying times

To tell you "its alright"

The Physical touch

A firm clutch

Does so much

But none of that matters

Because your matter is absent

This piece is the bitter sweet of love. Whether you are in love with someone or wishing for a love, it feels the same...empty. That person not being there, whether intimate partner,child, parent or our relationship with our higher power. It's about the love you wish for, but don't have because that person is not there physically. It's about the longing for the physical materialization of love. Another great piece!
