a game always have it's rule

To win is to be proud

To lose is to give up

Cheaters never win

Battle of the brains

Battle of the hearts

A Queen risking everything just to protect her king

A King that is always afraid losing his queen

And the player who made every step of the game just to win their kingdom

I liked how you used chess as a reference to this poem. It is very good, also, I liked how you talked about the difference between your heart and your brain, because that is always a problem. Good job. :)

Nice one! I love how you incorporate the rules and the truth in chess, it's just brilliant. And yes, cheaters never win. Great job :)

I see a sort of Alice In Wonderland kinda things going on in this.. sorta.
Like the previous poem, this would go nicely in a movie!

Hey. Great poem and quite profound in a few sentences. i like the winning and losing can be reflected in the game of chess, yet the battles can also directly link to the king and queen making those lines the climax. Nicely done and you get your point across and what you need to say, making good use of each line. Well done. :)
