There she stood, in the mid summer breeze. Her long brown hair, soft as silk, fluttered in the wind. About her was a presence of pure relaxation and happiness. Her long, red dress was dashing irregularly into new and unpredictable directions with every gust of warm wind. She gazed at the the sunset beyond the sea, sinking into the depths of some distant ocean. She was smilling and swayed her head in rhythim with the music in the air, it relaxed her even more. The sun had now almost disappeared below the horrizon. There she stood, on a cliff high above the small and inviting town, busy in midst of a festival. Below, waves crashed against the white cliff face, gracefully consuming everything in their path. The music which floated in the wind put her in a trance. She was now swaying the whole of her body to the gracious sounds of a violin and a guitar somewhere in the distance. Now, nearing the edge of the white rock cliff, she was lost in a dream filled world. As her bare feet touched the rugged edge she took a deep breath and looked again at the horrizon. The sun was gone. This saddened her a little. She then gazed up high. White puffy clouds floated on the still light blue surface of the evening sky. Soon there will be darkness, she thought. There, still standing on the edge, there was a long moment of silence. The world was empty now. The screeching sounds of sea birds were silenced and the music had been lost somewhere in the wind. She could feel her heart pounding. Now peering over the side of the large cliff. She smiled, and let herself be taken by the wind. Loosing control, she softly glided through the air, the wind whistled , past the cliff face, and the nests of sea birds. She could see the waves up close now, foaming as they approached the cliff. She smiled, her dress was in the wind and pressing against her body. There was freedom, and then, there was nothing.
