A short poem about anger, when you are so angry at something or a person you wish them harm..... The reasons I am angry are various...

I pray there is a better way of dealing with anger......

A better way / Anger

TELL ME A BETTER WAY
I tense inside
Waiting to pounce
No warnings anymore
No sign of my intent
TO LET THE ANGER OUT
I grab you
My hands round your throat
I tear your flesh
THERE HAS TO BE A GOOD WAY
Your bones break
Pushing through your skin
Blood is gushing
You are screaming
TO RELEASE THIS ANGER
I tear out your throat
I hear your death rattle
I smash your face
I pound you to a pulp
READY TO BE UNLEASHED
Silence
