It

was on

a Friday

night that I took

a peek out of my

apartment window and

saw how big our city had

gotten and yet, was unable

to shake this feeling that it would no

contain the still swelling population

which made me get into my jet car, zoom

over to the home of a good friend

who happens to be some science

whiz and beg him to let me

volunteer to try out

his latest gizmo

which was a time

machine. And

I guess

that

he

was so

able to

understand my

plight enough to sit

me down in and strap me

to some chair and type in some

stuff on the computer but that

was before this explosion had shoved

me out of the chair and knocked me out cold.

The next thing I knew, I woke up and saw

only green trees, blue skies and nothing

else which made me close my eyes and

let out a sigh of relief

for I was finally

free of that living

tech nightmare that

I was in

for so

long.
